We often assume that, once we have identified a problem, the next step is to find a solution and put it into action.

But what happens when the problem is harder to understand than it first appears? What if the way we see a situation, the questions we ask, or the people we involve affect what we can achieve?

These are the kinds of questions I enjoy exploring, and they are at the heart of my conversation with Dan in his podcast episode, “When Solving the Problem Isn’t the Problem.”

Taking the time to understand a situation can feel uncomfortable when everyone is looking for an answer. Yet a little more curiosity and a willingness to listen can help us see possibilities we might otherwise miss.

Thank you, Dan, for inviting me onto your podcast. I enjoyed our conversation and the opportunity to think through these ideas with you.

I hope listeners find something useful in our discussion—perhaps a question worth asking, or a different way of approaching a challenge.

Please listen to the episode and subscribe to Dan’s podcast.
